For those unfamiliar with this style of hardwoods, it has curved edges unlike most hardwood flooring; which is just flat or straight cut all the way across. Beveled flooring is manufactured by making a slight cut along the point of contact where the seams would generally meet up. The appearance of even the slightest beveled planks give a much more refined and finished look throughout a home or office. Some beveled cuts are hardly even noticeable. Other styles of beveled planks have bigger cuts; making the grooves much more defined. It’s really just a matter of preferences.
